Abellan Denton 110
Denton 110 is the best seller of the series, shooting an 8x1500mm shaft with 580gr of weight, at 25,5m/s average speed in 5m range from the tip of the spear. Able to shoot at 7m max range, is the perfect choice for aspetto and stalking groupers, amberjacks, dentex, snappers, and all kind of reef fish.
The new 2016 version brings some new changes but keeping the typical features of Denton series. Looking for a better maneuverability and range improvements, we modified the shape of the wooden barrel giving more mass to the back part increasing both hydrodynamics for lateral movements and recoil absorption, allowing a more powerful set up.
This new distribution of the mass allows a better maneuverability and shot stability, bringing the center of mass closer to the handle, and lowering it in a way that primary and secondary recoil are reduced to almost 0.
The balance between power, mass of gun and mass of the shaft means a highest shaft speed, with a softer recoil, very easy to handle. The stability of the gun during shooting, and the proper design of the shaft give a flat shoot to 6 meters of range, allowing precise shots in vital areas to ensure recovery and avoiding belly shots that usually end on a prey lose.
The shape of the wood which follows bands inclination allows a better maneuverability and eliminates the bands vibration during fast lateral movements of the gun that usually alerts preys.
