We know you are stoked to receive the items you purchased from Benthic Ocean Sports, so we strive to process your order in a timely manner. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your products in 5-7 business days.

Returns Are Simple

We value each and every one of our customers and we believe they deserve the best online shopping experience possible each time they visit If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from, you can return it within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with receipt and tags attached.

If you are not happy with your purchase from, please email us at and let us know that you would like to return an order and the reason why you are returning. If the item was defective or damaged we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. We appreciate your business and we’ll be happy to pay the shipping cost on all domestic returns!

Returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will examine the product(s) and credit for items returned will be applied to the original method of payment in the full amount. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item in a different size, send us an email at and mail your item to: 501 Harbor Blvd. Suite G Destin, FL 32541. If the item was defective or damaged we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
